Liberal is pleased and excited to invite you to our community as it hosts one of Kansas’ premier events, the Kansas Sampler Festival. Kansas communities, Kansas products and Kansas talent will be showcased on May 5 and 6, 2012 and May 4 and 5, 2013 in Light Park. You will be able to sample what there is to see, do, hear, buy, taste and learn in Kansas during the event and we want you to be sure to experience Liberal’s long term spirit of hospitality while you are here. Skip down the yellow brick road with Dorothy, pretend to fly a jet at the air museum, drink in the 
culture at the arts center, dine in our local restaurants and shop in our unique boutiques. And, don’t forget to enjoy the journey to and from Liberal by visiting other southwest Kansas gems along the way.
