SET UP / TEAR DOWN INFORMATION:
  • Set up for vendors begins the Friday before the festival at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. Set up time is also available on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. - 8:030 a.m. *Earlier set up times available by contacting the local festival host.
  • Tear down begins at 4:01 p.m. on Sunday when the festival ends.
  • Volunteers and a limited amount of gators and golf carts will be supplied by the local festival host to provide help in transporting you and/or your supplies to your tent or location when you arrive.
  • Volunteers, gators and golf carts will also be available on Sunday to help get vendors reloaded and on their way home as soon as possible. Tear down can be quite hectic and we always ask that those who live nearest the festival community let those who live the farthest have the first chance at reloading.
  • The festival vendors are usually on their way within 30 minutes to 1 hour after tear down on Sunday. In some instances it can take a little over an hour but the festival grounds are normally clear on Sunday by 6:00 p.m.

TENTS / TABLES / ELECTRICITY
- You can either bring your own tables and chairs or rent them from the festival when you sign up or upon arrival at the festival for a small fee. Six and eight foot tables will be available but they are pretty beat up so you'll need to bring table coverings.

Electricity for 110v and 220v is also available for a fee and can be ordered when you sign up online. If you find that you need more electricity after you arrive we'll do our best to accommodate your request but each festival site is set up different and may not have the additional electrical capacity to satisfy everyone.

COMMAND CENTRAL & EMERGENCY INFORMATION - A "Command Central" tent or building will be located on the festival grounds and will be the central point for all emergencies, lost items and assistance for any needs. At any time you can ask a festival volunteer for assistance and to answer questions or go to the Command Central location to get help on any matter.

SECURITY will be supplied by the festival host and guards will be on duty Friday and Saturday night after the park has closed.

VENDOR PASSES & PARKING PERMITS - Each booth registration receives 4 passes (good for two people for both days of festival) and 2 parking permits. (Food vendors will receive a total of 8 passes). Handicapped parking permits are available upon request by contacting the festival host or WenDee LaPlant at the e-mail above.

Additional parking permits can be requested and there is no charge.

Additional passes can be requested until April 15 for a reduced price of $4.00.

Festival tickets can be purchased when you arrive for set up from a volunteer or at the Command Central for $5.00 which is the General Admission price for adults.

FESTIVAL TRANSPORTATION - Sometimes we all need a little help getting around and there will be golf carts and gators to transport both vendors, visitors and their supplies where needed within the festival grounds and parking lot (dependent on where the parking lot is located and if it has been approved by the host city). Depending on the amount of vehicles the local festival host is able to obtain will determine the ease and quickness of getting you and/or your supplies to where they need to go. But all you have to do is ask and we'll do our very best to help you out!

WE LOVE OUR DOGS - but sometimes other people's dogs don't love us or our dogs we bring to events so we respectfully ask that you find a kind doggy sitter for your pet.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS - but we'll accommodate those who do by having a smoking area outside of the festival gates at a location that will be marked.
