The Kansas Explorers Club


The purpose of the Kansas Explorers Club is to inspire, educate, and encourage the exploration and appreciation of Kansas...and have fun doing it.

Our main goal is to provide information that will make you want to jump in your car and head down Kansas roads! 

Three important keys almost always insure success when exploring:
  • visiting with the locals
  • not judging a town
  • being curious. 
These keys will unlock unexpected adventures!

Take time to eat in the cafes, shop in the locally-owned stores, and look around town for nuances of architecture, art, commerce, cuisine, customs, geography, history, and people. 

Members receive six print newsletters a year chock full of day trip ideas and interesting information about Kansas.  If you aren't able to go on a road trip, you can be an armchair traveler and enjoy the information just the same.   See sample excerpts.

Join the Kansas Explorers Club today.

We currently have 1,500 members. 
Our goal is to have 5,000 current members because with that volume of Explorers, the impact will definitely be felt in rural communities.
