SPOTLIGHT AWARDS

Since 2008, Sally Frame and daughter Ann Hertzog Frame, have given Spotlight Awards to worthy recipients in honor of Fred Burgess and Jim Mathes, friends of the Kansas Sampler Festival and Kansas Sampler Foundation.  The awards celebrate creativity and teamwork, traits that Jim and Fred appreciated and portrayed.  Sally and Ann award plaques and a $100 cash prize.
