Parking / Shuttle Information


The primary public parking site is at the Winfield Fairgrounds, 1105 W. 9th Avenue. Festival tickets can be purchased at the parking lot before boarding the shuttle.  (Tickets also available at the admission gate)  Cash and checks only for festival admission. An ATM machine will be located near the admission gate.
 
Visitor handicapped accessible parking spaces are located at Building #4 on the Fairgrounds with a Shuttle pick up/drop off point adjacent to that building. Handicapped shuttles will be available.
 
Handicapped accessible parking for exhibitors only is adjacent to Island Park, 200 Main Street. Exhibitors using handicapped parking must have a physician issued permit. Exhibitors that need assistance and do not have a permit please contact the festival office at 620.221.2420 or email kssamplerfest@gmail.com.
 
Shuttles available:
 
SATURDAY - 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.  SUNDAY - 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
